Resolved All databases successfully restarted on the second server. Our team is still running some post-incident checks but all databases are confirmed to be up and running. Please contact the support if you still face some issues.

Resolved Our network provider confirmed a core router of the backbone of one of their transit provider has crashed. The unavailability was related to a network route update to transfer the traffic to a failover router, operation which was done automatically but which needed a couple of minute to propagate in the Internet.
