Our network provider confirmed a core router of the backbone of one of their transit provider has crashed. The unavailability was related to a network route update to transfer the traffic to a failover router, operation which was done automatically but which needed a couple of minute to propagate in the Internet.

The impact was partial, only a few source/destinations were impacted, leading us to think the source cause comes from a transit provider and not directly from our infrastructure.
Our direct network provider has been reached to let us gather more information.
