Resolved The incident is resolved on the side of our infrastructure provider. We didn't see any issues for hours during the day. The IPs we removed previously from our DNS configurations has been re-added. If you have any issue, please contact our Support team.

[osc-secnum-fr1] Database server slowdown

Resolved In the region osc-secnum-fr1, a server hosting databases experienced a disk access slowdown leading to timeout for a small portion of databases hosted in the region. It lasted from 01:06 to 01:18 CET (for a total of 12 minutes) During this period your database may have been timing out to incoming queries. The situation self-healed and everything is stable again.

Application deployment errors

Resolved The root cause of the issue was traced back to an ongoing incident with our infrastructure provider (https://status.outscale.com/incidents/bn49m1jzpbky). We've implemented a workaround while waiting for the situation to be resolved. There should no longer be any impact on deployment at this stage. If there is, please contact our support team.
