[osc-secnum-fr1] Some customers experience timeouts

    The incident is resolved on the side of our infrastructure provider. We didn't see any issues for hours during the day. The IPs we removed previously from our DNS configurations has been re-added.

    The problem has been mitigated following our intervention on our DNS configuration to exclude the affected IPs. Our infrastructure provider has confirmed the issue on their side.

    We identified that this was potentially a network peering problem affecting 2 of our public IP addresses : 80.247.12.255 and 80.247.13.145.

    We removed these 2 IPs from our DNS configurations and contacted our infrastructure provider to find out more information.

    Some customers experience sporadic timeouts when connecting to applications located in the osc-secnum-fr1 region. We are currently investigating to find out what is going on.
