Posted: Thu, 22 Jan 2026 19:00:00 +0000

Scheduled

Scheduled time: January 22, 2026, from 20:00 CET to 22:00 CET

Details: A planned network maintenance will take place in the osc-secnum-fr1 region on January 22, 2026, from 20:00 CET to 22:00 CET. This operation is part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen our front-end stack and modernize our architecture, ensuring improved reliability and scalability of the platform.

During this time, external network connections to applications may experience brief disruptions of up to one minute.

Impact:

  • Temporary network degradation (up to one minute) may affect access to apps from the internet.
  • Internal connectivity, including app-to-database communication, will remain unaffected.

Recommendation: To ensure your applications remain reachable during the operation, please verify that your custom domains point to Scalingo’s domain names (using ALIAS, ANAME, or CNAME records) rather than directly to IP addresses. You can find detailed guidance in our documentation: https://doc.scalingo.com/platform/app/domain#root-domain

If you have any questions, please reach our support team at [email protected] or through the in-app chat.

Sincerely, Scalingo
