[osc-fr1] Deployment issues affecting some specific builpacks

For the past few hours, some deployments were failing due to timeout errors when calling URLs ending with scalingo.com/scalingo.io. This issue was caused by a configuration change affecting part of our DNS resolution settings and impacted certain buildpacks.

The problem has now been resolved. We are going to conduct a post-incident review with our teams to prevent similar issues in the future and to detect any such incidents as quickly as possible.

We identified an issue affecting two application-hosting nodes. The apps with containers running on these nodes may have experienced network access problems (HTTP 504 errors after 60 seconds). We are currently removing the affected nodes from the pool and migrating the containers of the impacted apps.
