[osc-fr1] Slow operations on containers

The incident has been solved on our infrastructure provider. The situation is back to normal.

Update

The issue has been traced back to a performance issue on our object storage provider. It has been escalated on their side.

New deployments on the osc-fr1 region are not impacted anymore. However the other operations are still impacted.

We are experiencing performance issues with container operations on the osc-fr1 region.

This impacts:

• Deployments
• Scale
• Restarts
• One-Off
• Cron tasks

Those actions are currently taking a bit longer to execute and some of them can fail.
