Update

Our infrastructure provider has opened an incident on their side (https://status.outscale.com/incidents/h2lv97n24clc) and is currently investigating. On our end, we’ve observed that some deployments have successfully gone through since we applied the configuration change. However, deployments are still slow, and we continue to monitor the situation closely.

Update

The latency appears to originate from the storage backend used for hosting application images. We're reconfiguring the platform to switch to an alternative storage backend and have reached out to our infrastructure provider for further insights.

Unplanned urgent maintenance from May 26 to May 28 on the osc-fr1 region

The second and final maintenance operation, scheduled for the night of May 27–28, was successfully completed. No network degradation was observed during the maintenance windows and after.

The first maintenance operation scheduled for the night of May 26–27 was successfully completed. The second maintenance is still planned for tonight, May 27 from 21:00 to May 28 at 06:00 (CEST), as previously communicated.

We would like to inform you of two urgent, unplanned maintenance operations that will affect the osc-fr1 region.

Maintenance Windows:

  • Monday, May 26, 21:00 to Tuesday, May 27, 06:00 (CEST)
  • Tuesday, May 27, 21:00 to Wednesday, May 28, 06:00 (CEST)

What to Expect:

  • Increased network latency across the osc-fr1 region.
  • Degraded performance for database operations and application disk access.

These operations are necessary to ensure the continued reliability of our infrastructure. While services will remain operational, you may notice slight performance impacts during the maintenance windows, though we do not anticipate any major degradation.
