  Maintenance on osc-secnum-fr1 is starting now and will last until 18:00 CEST.

  Tomorrow May 28th 2021, following recent incidents impacting the osc-secnum-fr1 region, a maintenance window has been planned.

  During the whole day, only in the osc-secnum-fr1 region, all our hosting nodes and network components will have to be restarted. These operations will lead to short service disruptions during the day.

  • Databases with business plans will experience a failover operation, apps will have to reconnect to the database, it should be almost transparent.
  • Databases with starter plans will be unreachable for 5 to 15 minutes.
  • Apps containers themselves won't be impacted
  • Network access to the region will endure a couple of ~1 minute interruptions

  This unplanned maintenance is exceptional and is related to the remediation plan from our infrastructure provider to deploy a durable fix that will ensure that this incident won’t happen again.
