  Google is currently experiencing a major outage: http://www.google.fr/appsstatus

  We are using Google Cloud DNS to handle database addon DNS resolution, currently all requests aiming at configuring database hostnames are failing.

  The impact is that newly provisioned database setups may be delayed or fail (or system is going to retry multiple times)
