Agora's team provided some feedback about the incident, one of their components (SOPHOS firewall) got CPU saturated because of incoming traffic. The nature of the traffic is not certain yet, but it seems a to be a bruteforce attack on the FTP port (which is closed, but still the impact of the load was visible on the CPU of the device)
We ask their team what mitigation they will put in place but had not receive any response yet.
