Emergency Infrastructure Maintenance - Potential Service Disruptions

» Published on Wed, 21 Oct 2026 15:00:00 +0000

  • Scheduled

Starting October 21 at 15:00 CEST/UTC+2 (Paris time), our infrastructure provider, Outscale, will perform an urgent security update to address CVE-2026-99999 across all servers hosting Scalingo applications and databases in both regions, osc-fr1 and osc-secnum-fr1.

As part of this operation, our provider will perform workload migrations that may temporarily impact performance and potentially cause short periods of unavailability.

Applications running multiple containers and databases using Business or Enterprise plans benefit from high-availability mechanisms that reduce the risk of downtime. However, these configurations cannot entirely eliminate the risk, as our infrastructure provider may perform maintenance on multiple workloads simultaneously.

The maintenance is expected to take place continuously, 24/7, from Wednesday, October 21, to Monday, October 26, 2026. This timeframe is an estimate and may evolve.

Our team will closely monitor the platform throughout this period and provide updates if necessary.

We apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience this emergency maintenance may cause.
