  This error was due to a npm error (https://status.npmjs.org/incidents/5qxhhcx0vtlc). Everything should be back to normal now.

  We are deploying new servers to handle the deployments which have a different IP address in order to temporarily circumvent this issue. We also reached to the npm support in order to find a long term solution with them.

  [11:30 UTC] We have been notified of a high failure rate for Node.js deployments on agora-fr1. This is due to a rate limit on npm side. We are investigating to find a solution.
