This error was due to a npm error (https://status.npmjs.org/incidents/5qxhhcx0vtlc). Everything should be back to normal now.
» UpdatedWe are deploying new servers to handle the deployments which have a different IP address in order to temporarily circumvent this issue. We also reached to the npm support in order to find a long term solution with them.
