• Investigating

  Our hosting provider, 3DS Outscale, notified us that a hypervisor crash impacted some of our database hosting nodes on the osc-fr1 region.

  Databases using a starter plan experience a short downtime the time for the hosting nodes to reboot.

  Databases using a business plan experience a failover as a new leader is elected.

  Our team is rebooting the nodes to restore the service as soon as possible.
